Megan worked with Minnesota's former Governor Tim Pawlenty to make April 4th a state-wide Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) Awareness Day. Megan wants to get her message out that APD is a learning disability and needs to be recognized within the school systems. The earlier a child receives intervention for this disability, the more sucessful that child will be later in life. The Minnesota Sun Newspaper had a write up about Megan.
Worked with former Governor Tim Pawlenty to set aside the whole month of October as "Auditory Processing Awareness Month.
