· Spoke to parents and teachers about Auditory Processing Disorders from a Teenagers Perspective in September, 2011 - 2 hours
· Spoke at the UMB-IDA conference at St. Thomas College at the Youth Strand session in a discussion panel. Panel members shared their personal insights, thoughts and reflections about growing up with a learning disability. – 6 hours
Worked with former Governor Tim Pawlenty on a State of Minnesota Proclamation for an Auditory Processing Disorder Awareness Day in 2009 and an APD Awareness Month in 2010. Used these proclamations to send articles to newspapers within Minnesota to spread the word on APD. 2 hours
