Go Red for Woman Event at Mall of America in February each year

The International Pageant system has teamed up with Go Red For Woman to help spread the word that heart disease is the number one killer of woman. Almost one woman dies every minute of this largely preventable disease.
80 percent of cardiac issues in women may be prevented if women take the right choices for their hearts, involving diet, exercise, and abstinence from smoking.

4. Don't Smoke
5. Control Cholesterol
6. Manage Blood Pressure
